Your complimentary 15 to 30 minute call with Joanne will start your design and save you hours of time. Joanne will guide you through products and services that are right for your project, budget and style. Whether your project is for one room or several, we offer custom window treatments, pillows, bedding and more that will make your home unique. When booking your call, you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire that will help us get to know you and your design goals.

Step Two
SELECT YOUR WINDOW TREATMENT DESIGNS
With our Discovery Call recommendations, you’re ready to select your design products. Our highly recommended window treatment consultation offers an in-person look at your home to assess your project needs. We offer an array of product and fabric samples and assess the best light filtering options for your windows. Our design expertise will take you through each step, including: measurements, control options, timelines and installation plans.
Step Three
DESIGN & FABRICATION
Based on your design selections, we order all the custom components for your project, including: fabrics, custom hardware, blinds, shades or shutters. We attend to every detail of custom fabrication, including trims, linings and motorization. Once your designs are complete, we schedule our next step to completion - installation.
Step Four
INSTALLATION
With our most exciting step, we collaborate with you to provide timely delivery and professional installation of your beautiful designs. Adhering to the highest standard of installation protocols, our team manages every step of installation. We provide pertinent product warranties and complete service for our client’s experience and satisfaction.
